What Are You Pollinating? A Mid-Spring Reflection

We’re in a really fertile moment right now - on the Earth, in our bodies & in the cosmos.
The Sun is at 15° Taurus, marking the powerful midpoint between the Spring Equinox
and Summer Solstice.

Traditionally known as Beltane or May Day, this turning point celebrates fertility, pollination,
and the return of life force. It’s a time when energy shifts from emergence to embodiment -
from seeds planted to life taking form.

You can feel it: trees fully leafing out, bees returning, gardens bursting to life.
We’re no longer in early spring - things are getting established now. Life is actively being created and sustained.

This is the part of the cycle where pollination happens where intentions begin to take shape, and energy turns into form.

So, it’s a perfect time to pause and ask:

What are you pollinating?

What are you nurturing with your energy?

How do you feed and support what you’ve planted?

We often speak about setting intentions around the New Year or the Spring Equinox, but now is when we begin to see what’s taking root—and what may need adjusting. This midpoint offers us a gentle nudge to check in, to realign, and to consciously engage with the life we’re building.

Energetically, Taurus invites us to slow down and come back to the body. Ruled by Venus, and with Venus currently in her home sign, the energy of embodiment, beauty, creativity, and grounded pleasure is amplified.

More than self-care in the trendy sense - Venus in Taurus is about deeply valuing
what nourishes and sustains you.

Ask yourself,

What do you touch, taste, smell, and see that brings you into presence?

What feels beautiful to you - not because someone else says it should be, but because your soul responds?

And yet, it hasn’t been all calm and cozy.
Just recently, Mars opposed Pluto - a powerful and potentially intense alignment.
Mars is in Leo, full of fire and drive, and Pluto is in Aquarius, which brings deep psychological transformation
and the energy of change. This opposition may have stirred up inner or outer conflict, frustration, or power dynamics. You might’ve felt like you hit a wall or needed to assert yourself in a new way. The good news is that this aspect
is moving on, and things may start to feel a little less pressurized.

Still, the invitation is to reflect on where those tensions showed up.

What did they reveal? What are you ready to do differently?

This whole season is about creating from a grounded place.
Taurus isn’t fast. It doesn’t rush. It teaches us to build things that last - things that matter.
May it be a relationship, a project, or a way of being, this is a time to anchor into what’s meaningful.

You’re not where you started. The seeds have been planted. Growth is underway.
But before the full bloom of summer, it’s wise to pause. Reflect. Listen.

Reconnect to your body. Honor the beauty that’s here, now.

Let yourself receive the support of the Earth. Let yourself create and simply be.

And if you've been feeling called to plant something - literally or symbolically, this is a deeply supportive moment.

What do you want to nurture through the next season?

What deserves your devotion now?
